Position: Branding/Marketing Lead

    This role will be responsible for developing and executing a branding strategy to ensure everyone knows what the North South Foundation stands for. This will involve gathering critical information from internal and external constituents, providing insights from analysis, and translating findings into effective messaging for all audiences across all channels. The goal is to harness the brand through internal culture and external activities to drive increased energy and participation.

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Own and manage the brand strategy and execution with guidance from the Board
    • Finalize logo and tagline through the use of focus groups
    • Frame messaging effectively for internal and external stakeholders
    • Partner with other teams to disseminate messaging through social media, email, web, print, TV/radio, event displays, internal communications, etc.
    • Partner with other teams to explore grant funding opportunities that fit the brand

Position: Graphics Designer

    The IT team needs Business Analysts to help evaluate and update the current North South website. This is not a technical role but instead will require strong analytical skills and an inquisitive nature to understand the needs of both internal and external stakeholders, and then communicate those needs effectively with the technical team. This person will be responsible for reviewing and making updates to the content of North South website.

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Take ownership of a portion of the North South website and build updated content
    • Independently gather information from volunteers (internal) and parents (external)
    • Analyze feedback, synthesize requirements and prioritize implementation
    • Communicate and follow through on requirements updates with the technical team
    • Review/QA updated content and follow-up with technical team regarding any issues

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    The Annual Review Manager is responsible for the entire process of constructing and publishing the annual review booklet by the end of each calendar year. This involves collaborating with various members of the organization to gather relevant information, completing the design and editing processes, and executing final print and mailing.
    This role requires strong collaboration, detail orientation, and time management skills. Experience with publications and editing is strongly desired.
