R.Karthik : Karthik has an M.Phil in English literature and currently works as a Project Manager at CapeStart Software Pvt. Ltd., Nagercoil. The Nagercoil chapter of NSF is run by volunteer employees of CapeStart which employs about 200 people now in Nagercoil. CapeStart employees run the scholarship program under the affiliation of their own CSR committee, while the company supports all expenses including mailing, travel and ad campaigning. The chapter was run by Nasdaq OMX, Nagercoil before CapeStart took over in 2017 and is in its sixth year of activity awarding 24 scholarships so far.

Jasper Paul :Jasper Paul is an Engineering Graduate and has a Masters in Business Administration. He is currently working as a Project Manager at CapeStart, Nagercoil. Apart from work he is mostly involved in helping the needy people in their medical and educational needs with the help of friends and NGOs. His vision is to help indigent school/college students by: (1) Helping them identify their goals and explore opportunities (2) Identifying their pain points and helping them improve.
