NSF conducts Spelling, Vocabulary, Math, Science and Geography Bee workshops. NSF conducts two types of Bee Workshops: Online Workshops and Onsite Workshops. The Bee Workshops are designed to encourage and prepare children to take part in NSF contests and other similar competitions. The workshop includes a review of the contest rules, tips to prepare for the competitions, fun exercises, mock bee, and more. This is a parent-child event and includes a booklet or study guide. The workshops provide the following benefits:
NSF is conducting online workshops for Spelling Bee, Geography Bee and Math Bee competitions. These workshops are designed to provide tips and tricks in preparing for the NSF contests as well as various national contests like National Geographic Bee, Scripps Spelling Bee and MATHCOUNTS for the Math Level 3 children.
Spelling Bee workshop will be conducted by eminent coaches such as Mirle Shivashankar (Father of Spelling bee champions – Vanya Shivashankar- 2015 Scripps National Bee and Kavya Shivashankar- 2011 Scrips National Bee champion). Math Bee Workshops will be conducted by eminent and talented coaches who are experts in Math. Math Level 3 is conducted by Dr. Krishnaiah Revuluri, founder of the Math Bee at NSF, Level 2 by Dr. Anil Sethi and Level 1 by Archna Jagtiani. Geography Bee is being conducted by geography expert, Mr.Kumar Nandur.

Math is divided into three levels of workshops based on grade. Each level is conducted by a different teacher. The spelling and geography bee workshops are common to both Junior and Senior level.
Since this workshop is online, you can be anywhere, as long as you have a desktop/laptop with high speed Internet connection and a headphone.
- You will receive material to be used for the workshop one week prior to the workshop.
- You will receive a Video/Audio link to register to join the workshop a few days prior to the workshop.
- There will be a chat line and a whiteboard for the teacher to write on.
- Your child and you can use the chat line to communicate.
- There will be an interactive Q&A session at the end of the presentation.
Don’t miss out these workshops! Seats are limited. The registration fee is $30 for each child. There will be a late fee of $15 for registrations after the deadline. Two-thirds of your contribution is tax-deductible. This portion is used towards helping poor children going to college in India.
