North South Foundation -- News & Events

Bee Workshops

NSF conducts Spelling and Math Bee workshops in select centers. The Bee Workshops are designed to encourage and prepare children to take part in NSF and other similar contests.

The workshop will include a review of the contest rules, tips to prepare, review of basic rules, fun exercises, mock bee, and more. The Workshops will be offered either as a 1-session or 2-session format. This is a parent-child event and includes a booklet or study guide.

A workshop has the following benefits:

  • Improves learning
  • Enables the chidren to gain confidence, get rid of phobia, fear or anxiety of the contest
  • Gives a thorough understanding of the basics
  • Learn how the NSF contests are organized
  • Both the child and parent get more comfortable and get tuned in
  • Strengthening the NSF family

Please contact your chapter coordinator if you are interested in a Bee Workshop.
