Scholarship Guidelines

Encourage academic excellence among the needy and meritorious students by providing scholarships in India regardless of religion, gender and geographic origin.

General Guidelines:

We are searching for really needy and meritorious students pursuing different courses. The form, which you will fill online is a dynamic one. You are expected fill in all columns correctly. If you are not full filling any mandatory eligibility criteria the software will not allow you to proceed to next screen. You need to locate the Chapter Coordinator nearest to your college. If you do not get anybody nearby, choose a chapter coordinator near your residence. If you could not locate a chapter coordinator, apply through Hyderabad chapter.
This scholarship is on first come first served basis. Hence, apply early, or you will be left out.
Application Hard copy of the application must be sent your Chapter Coordinator within a week of filing the online application All documents must be checked carefully and self-certified/self-attested.
Deadline for Application 1st July, 2025 for online registration of applications.
30th September, 2025 for receiving hard copies at respective chapters.

Eligible schools /Colleges (Admission into) Students admitted to only in government colleges are eligible for scholarships. However, student studying in private Engineering and Diploma colleges may also be considered, if they opt for any of the following courses.
B.Tech/B.E Degree Courses

All Pvt. college students must have their residence is in a local area of their college / school, must submit BPL cards / ration cards and Attend interview by the Chapter Coordinator.
Staring Year for Scholarship All Students must be in their 1st year of study while applying. Only Lateral entry Engineering students are allowed to apply to join in second Year
Family Income Family income should not exceed Rs.2,00,000/- per annum, subject to submission of income certificate and verification by chapter coordinator
School education Should have studied in government schools, private school students are eligible if the total school fees per year is less than Rs.50,000/-

12th exam marks are not taken even if available, it is applicable for all states.
Gap Years for MBBS & Engineering

Duration of Scholarship Every year till completion of the chosen course subject to conditions.
Yearly Renewal Conditions/ Future Merit Students must pass all subjects, semester wise, in one attempt, without any backlog. If the student fails in one or more subjects with a backlog, scholarship shall not be renewed even if the student passes those subjects in subsequent attempt.
Interview Student and at least one parent should go through a personal interview with Chapter Coordinator. This interview should be, preferably face to face. An interview through a video call using a smart phone also can be considered, in case face to face interview is not feasible.

Documents Required - Fresh Applicants:

  1. CET/JEE/NEET rank card or seat allotment order showing the rank, self-certified
  2. Application form signed with stamp by the Principal/Dean/HOD of the college where the student is studying.
  3. Certificates showing marks secured from class 10th to 12th self –attested.
  4. Income Certificate (current year – 2025-26) issued by Revenue Official or any other competent authority. Self-attested
  5. Aadhar card self-attested
  6. Passport size photograph of the student should be affixed on the application
  7. Students studying 10th, 12th and Diploma in Private school/college must submit a certificate from the school showing the amount of Fees they paid to the school/college.
  8. Ration card/BPL card – self certified
  9. Fee payment receipt from school of students who passed both class from private schools.

Documents Required for Renewal Applicants:

  1. Mark sheet of the previous year / semesters -self certified by the student.
  2. Fees paid receipt/s for the current year.
  3. Certificate from the institutions where the student rendered seva.
  4. A write up by the student on the work he did during 50 hours of Seva.
