Continental Airlines has contracted with NSF to provide a 5% - 10% discount for booking travel to Philadelphia (PHL) for the national event. An additional 3% may be obtained on-line.

For Reservation and Ticketing - Call your professional travel agency or Continental Airlines MeetingWorks at 1-800-468-7022, 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. CST M-F (In USA or Canada). For reservations outside the toll-free area, contact the local Continental Reservations Office.Please provide the Z Code ZJ8G and Agreement Code 758240.

There will be a $20 service fee collected, per ticket, for all tickets issued through MeetingWorks Reservations, or any Continental Airlines ticketing facility. The service fee is non-refundable and applies to all itineraries, one-way or roundtrip.

To avoid a service fee and receive an additional 3% discount*, book your reservations online at Enter both your Z-code and Agreement code (without a space) in the Offer Code Box. *Additional 3% discount applies to published fares only.

Travel agencies must list the Z Code in the Ticket Designator Box and Tour Code Box on the ticket. Please refer to the MeetingWorks Policies and Procedures document for detailed information.

American Airlines

American Airlines is pleased to handle the air transportation needs of the North South Foundation. You can receive a discount off the lowest applicable fare on American Airlines. To get the discount on American flight, you or your travel agent can call American's toll-free number (1-800-433-1790) for assistance with reservations and ticket purchase. Make sure you refer to Authorization Number: A3580AQ, Meeting Group: North South Foundation.

The percentage discount can be also obtained while booking on-line at aa.com (American flights only) by entering the Authorization number noted above without the preceding A as the aa.com discount code. Certain restrictions apply. Not valid for use in conjunction with any discounted type fare i.e. Senior, Child, Mlty./Govt., non-discountable excursion fares. Discounts not valid on Zone Fares.

Note: If the discount code is not accepted online for valid flights, please call the airline and they will help you complete your booking. The $20 booking fee will be waived.

**Note: For every 30-40 tickets booked through these Meeting codes, NSF earns one complimentary domestic ticket. These tickets will be used to fly in pronouncers who cannot afford to pay their way to help NSF National Finals during 2010. So please make every effort to use these discounts. If you are able to get a better rate somewhere else, mention it to the reservation agent and they may be able to match it. It truly could be a win-win for all of us!
