As a coach, you’ll guide K-12 students through our innovative Learning Journey programs. Our sessions are designed to fit seamlessly into your existing school schedule. We offer evening/weekend timeslots and provide materials & training sessions to ensure your success.

Qualifications
- Work with Chapter Directors and Brand Ambassadors within the NorthSouth Foundation Chapter to plan and host events
- Lead promotional activities and coordinate event operations
- Support Brand Ambassadors in hosting chapter-level events
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers, and coordinate operations
- Update NorthSouth Chapter-level social media platforms and tools
- Budget planning for events and analyze event success
Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Passionate and motivated individual with a good understanding of NorthSouth Foundation’s mission and vision
- 2-4 hours of weekly commitment required
- Must be comfortable using G-Suite (Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Google Meet, and Forms) and PM tools for planning, budgeting, and monitoring
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills to manage resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations effectively
- Prior project management experience is a major plus

Responsibilities
- Work with Chapter Directors, Event managers within NorthSouth Foundation Chapter and serve as a liaison between Local Chapter and National teams to share NorthSouth initiatives/Campaigns/Programs
- Help raise NorthSouth awareness to new students, parents and volunteers
- Support Event managers in hosting Chapter Level events
- Work with event managers , CD/ACD and Chapter volunteers
- Update NorthSouth Chapter Level Social Media Platforms and tools
- Brand Promotional activities and engagement
- Drive Fund-Raising Activities
Help your local chapter with all kinds of logistics – from getting ready for the contests to running things on contest day! They take place every spring (Mar-May). If interested, please contact your chapter director directly.
Help at our annual big event – the National Finals. It takes place every August. We need help with all kinds of logistics to ensure the Finals take place smoothly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Passionate and motivated individual with a good understanding of NorthSouth Foundation’s mission and vision
- 2-4 hours of weekly commitment required
- Must be comfortable using G-Suite (Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Google Meet, and Forms) and PM tools for planning, budgeting, and monitoring

- Must be comfortable using G-Suite (Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Google Meet, and Forms)
- Experience with budget management and financial forecasting
Responsibilities
Reports to CFO
- Overseeing financial operations, including cash flow management and investment activities
- Managing bank relationships, securing financing, and handling cash reserves
- Preparing financial reports for management or the board of directors
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards
- Budgeting and forecasting financial performance
- Monitoring financial risk, identifying potential threats, and implementing strategies to mitigate them
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certifications preferred
- Passionate and motivated individual with a good understanding of NorthSouth Foundation’s mission and vision
- 2-4 hours of weekly commitment required

Responsibilities
- The Human Resources Vertical Lead is responsible for overseeing the HR strategy and operations of NorthSouth and providing thought leadership
- Drive the development and execution of HR programs, ensuring alignment with both organizational objectives and the unique needs of the respective vertical
- Responsible for talent acquisition, volunteer development, volunteer relations, performance management, and workforce planning
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Handle workplace environment, procedures, legal compliance, DEI, and organizational culture
- Professionalize day-to-day HR functions and create/maintain all HR documentation, including SOPs and compliance records
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Passionate and motivated individual with a good understanding of NorthSouth Foundation’s mission and vision
- 2-4 hours of weekly commitment required
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations or understanding of nonprofit missions is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
